Most “login failed” tickets mix two doors: FxPro Direct (deposits, KYC, Wallet) and the platform login (MT4/MT5/cTrader server + investor/master password). Reset the door you are actually stuck on.

Use Direct for funding, documents and opening Standard/Raw+. Email + password (and sometimes OTP). If deposits work but charts do not, you need the platform credentials from the account area - not another Direct reset.
Platform login uses account number, password and server from Direct. Investor password is read-only. Wrong server = endless “invalid account”. Still learning the UI? Start on a demo.
App and Edge/web sessions can cache an old entity or account. Sign out fully, then re-login. See mobile app guide.
Use Forgot password on Direct for the portal; platform passwords reset from the account area / broker process.
